Elmira Maple Syrup Festival

Attend the world’s largest maple syrup festival. Its main attractions include: handmade products; delicious homemade foods, like maple syrup and pancakes; and activities for all-ages, including Saw a Log, live musicians, and a train ride from Elmira to St. Jacobs on a 1923 steam locomotive. Proceeds are given back to the community through donations made to charities and not-for-profit organizations.
